We were at the grocery store a few weeks ago, and saw a sign for "Fruit Sprinkle". We took a look and found Tajin Fruit Seasoning, which contains Chili Peppers, Salt and Dehydrated lime juice. So we bought it. Now, TBWITWW is an addict. I'm looking for a 12 step program. She puts it on everything. Mango, apples, pasta, salad... a spoon. (Okay, not a spoon, but still...) And actually, I don't blame her. It's also good on tomatoes. So, if you're at your local hispanic market, pick some up and become an addict too.

Is McDonalds food bad for you? What do you think? Does that mean you shouldn't eat it? No, it just means you shouldn't live on it or anything else made by someone you wouldn't hug.

This guy is smart. Seriously. Alton Brown points out that food is an important part of life and that too often we don't share it with those that are important to us. There's not much that's better than sharing a good meal with people you care about. A peanut butter sandwich with someone you love will always taste better than a steak when you're alone.
