Well... we're off to a roaring start, as I haven't even gotten around to making this post until the month is 1/3 over. So, I'm getting to a late start, but I think that the rest of this month is going to be a good one. My major goal is quite simple this time... 20 minutes a day on the bike trainer, at least 3 days a week. That's it.
Minor goal is house keeping. ie litter boxes, dishes, vaccuuming, etc.
So there's that.

Edit: We're also going to start posting on the food blog again, which is really just an excuse to use my new camera more.

Actually- I'm really glad you're going this route. I've made a private goal to myself to be in the gym 3 times a week. I spend 20 minutes on the exerbike and 40 minutes lifting. Feels great. Let me know if you need any extra motivation. I'll be happy to call you up and yell at you.
