TBWITWW is A+ (Always said she was smart), Immune to German Measles, and in all other ways healthy and normal as far as the first blood test is concerned.

So, I got the machine up and running with Kernel 2.6.3 and Debian testing working well. I'll start trying to get apache and such all set up later.
Also, the Cubs insist on toying with my emotions. But we pulled it out and are back at 5 over .500
So, I'm off to bed. Geeze.
Hosed up that install but good. Starting over from scratch.
So... I changed my apt sources list to testing. Did a dist-upgrade, grabbed kernel-image-2.6.3-1-686 and then rebooted. Got a kernel panic. That's no good.
Gotta hunt down the problem.
I've decided that the first thing I should do is switch to the "testing" install of debian and upgrade the kernel. Yeah.
I now have a working debian install on a machine that not so long ago, had Win 98 on it. Of course now I have to put some programs on the box. But that's no biggie.
I'm going to start with ssh, apache, php, mysql, php-myadmin, and webmin and see where I get from there.
Onward and upward.
